Clara offers various paid tiers within the app. The way you manage your subscription depends on how you signed up, so use the section below that matches where you subscribed.
Viewing your current plan
Open the Clara app and go to Settings → Subscription. You’ll see your current plan, billing date, and usage for the current period.
Changing your plan
To upgrade or downgrade:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Trials and subscriptions through the Android app
Subscriptions started on Android are managed through Google Play.
To cancel:
- On your Android device, open Subscriptions in Google Play
- Select the Clara subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions

Trials and subscriptions through the iOS app
All subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are handled by Apple’s secure payment system, so you manage them in your device settings.
To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Find the Clara subscription and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription to prevent future charges
If you don’t see the subscription listed, make sure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.

Subscriptions through the website
All web accounts are self-serve, so you can manage your subscription any time through the billing portal.
When cancellation takes effect
Your service stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after cancelling.
Refunds
We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact our support team.
